Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through emails, calls, bidding portals & outreach Linkedin.
- Will set up appointment for client meet in person or video calls
- Retaining and renewing clients as well as maximizing the revenue while up-selling and cross selling.
- Clarify clients doubts, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or issues
- Developing strategies to improve customer services
- Do the client communication for projects & Make a relationship with the client
- Give a final touch to the reports, business proposals, sales collaterals and effective email drafts that is prepared by the team.
Experienced or Fresher
- 3 + years’ prior industry related business development experience
Skills Required
- Knowledge of selling client solutions over a call.
- Experience in client handling and product selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
